Today's audio is very special to me because I myself have actually experienced the loss of a dear friend due to depression. She passed away 10 years ago and I miss her every day. I will never stop wondering what might've happened if I had paid closer attention and spoken up when I saw concerning signs - if you have someone in your life struggling and you're able to, please reach out and let them know you care. It really does make a huge difference - I struggle with depression myself and am lucky to have people in my life who make sure I always know I'm loved and can turn to them if I need. If you also struggle, I SEE YOU. You're important and you're loved, even if it doesn't feel like it. So this audio is for us. Don't give up.

This was a great audio, it Made me teary with some of the thing You said since i kind of emphatize with some of those feelings. More than bullying, i'd said it's though love, the kind of things a Lot of people need (me included, since i tend to bottle up everything to myself).
A little bit off-topic and kinda little bit as a dark joke 😅 but, when the speaker said "why didn't You show any sign", when they we're taking about their feeling for each other, i thought, as an answer: "maybe i'm just too good hidding My own feelings..."

The idea of being loved, valued and cared for by a person to this depth inspires such hope for happiness. I would adore having a best friend like this turned into a partner. @@audioharlo I definitely enjoyed it. We all need to hear such words and affirmations from someone who means something to us, and us mean something special to them. Unfortunately, we live in an era and society fueled by selfishness, judgment, unrealistic standards and expectations. It's sad that such a crowded world can be so cold and lonely. So these audios are a beautiful outlet for us to escape to and embrace a semblance of comfort and acceptance. I am working on recording my own audios to offer such safe spaces for others. I wen’t through really bad depression at the start of the year, and even though I’ve almost d*3d to surgery complications, that depressive period was the most scared I’ve ever been for my safety…

This has been the worst year ever.
1. My grandma passed away on New years
2. On that same day I had food poisoning
3. A hurricane came and had no electricity for 6 days while my mom was at the hospital
4. We're getting evicted from the apartments. And we don't have any money for a place to live.
